02 / Why it works

Signals pick who to call. Your pitch stays simple.

When we built Grease Trap Cleaners' first outbound, we started from 33 of their best customers. Resonant, our data partner, pulled the public records on each one: permits, inspections, new owners, kitchen changes.

33best customers to start from
16buying signals that kept showing up
16leads in 12 days

One health citation turned into a customer in 6 days. A grease trap permit turned into one in 70.

Here's the part that surprised me. Every email that opened with the signal got 0 leads. The plain email got 17. The signals were right about who to email. They made a bad opening line.

So this list uses the signal to pick who you call. What you say stays simple.

If you cleaned kitchen hoods in Las Vegas, here are your 20

We built this one as a sample, as if we ran a hood cleaning company in Las Vegas. Everything on it is public: Southern Nevada Health District inspection and permit records, plus dated local news.

How to read it. A new opening or a new owner is a fresh, dated reason to introduce yourself. A recent B or C grade is a public reason to talk about keeping the kitchen clean. Grades are a snapshot. Most of these kitchens passed their re-inspection. The reason says so where it applies. The public record doesn't name the hood or say who cleans it.On this public page we've left the names off the kitchens with a B or C grade. The list we send you names every business and links every record. The version we send you adds who to ask for at each one. We haven't contacted any business on this list.
04 / How we build it

Four steps, all from public data

  1. You tell us what you sell and whereOne or two questions in the DM about your service and your best customers.
  2. We pull the public records for your cityHealth inspections, new permits and licenses, ownership changes and local news about openings.
  3. We pick the 20 with the clearest reasonWe check every reason against its source and drop anything we can't verify.
  4. You get the list in your DMsBusiness, reason, source and who to ask for. It's yours to keep.
05 / Who it's for

Owners who sell to local businesses

Hood cleaning, grease traps, pest control, linens, refrigeration, repairs. Anyone whose customers are restaurants, kitchens or other local shops.

It fits best if referrals and Google built your business and you want to choose who you go after next.

James Nolle, co-founder of Revlution. The Las Vegas sample was built on 3 November 2026 from Southern Nevada Health District public inspection and permit data (through 2 November 2026), CDC Gaming Reports (11 June 2026) and What Now Las Vegas. Dates are inspection dates. The hood cleaning company is a sample, not a client. Grease Trap Cleaners numbers come from their case study.
